Hi. I’m Justin.

I’m a logo and brand designer, photographer, and videographer, focusing primarily on startups and professional creatives.

My creative career began in 2014 when I landed my first job as a wide-eyed graphic designer at a startup accelerator in New York City called Techstars. I was hooked immediately. The surprisingly informal environment of CEOs and founders taking courageous risks and fulfilling their ambitious visions and the impact I was able to have on their success through my creative work was instantly addicting.

From there I expanded my skillset to have as much fun and simultaneously be as useful as possible in the startup world. Over the past six years I learned how to take professional quality photos to incorporate into my digital designs, I learned how to code and build websites for clients who needed to promote themselves, and I learned how to shoot and edit videos that communicated the harder-to-capture, multi-layered, overall energy of my clients and their companies. Eventually I figured out how to work faster. And finally I began to ease focus on my craft techniques and leaned more into understanding how to bring out the specific value of the people involved— my clients’ ideas or my subjects’ expressions.
